Lithium is not even mentioned in this article and the government already own part of avz. Local government need to raise royalties to progress their communities. For too long minerals have been mined by foreigners whilst the local communities don't progress. No genuine long investor would want to see otherwise. Win win for all.
Nothing would be more rewarding than seeing roads, schools and infrastructure being built of the back of the mines operating in the DRC.
