    CATL nearing decision to build battery factory in Germany (Bloomberg). Best and cheapest way to get lithium from Drc to Germany is ... guess what ? Out of Kinshasa via the existing Manono narrow gauge railway and Congo barges ... just like the Belgians Tin exports . No infrastructure cost there
