I will definitely consider an EV on the next car purchase

At the same time I'll finally get solar on the roof, a storage battery and put a charging station in the garage

Had planned and provisioned for all this a few years ago when the house was fully renovated so it's ready to rock and roll

Have been waiting until there's a tangible tipping point in Oz before pressing the button....also the current ICE vehicles in the garage have not reached their end of life yet

The Australian politcal will to transition to green (particularly with cars) is piss poor so it might be a few more years before that tangible tipping point is apparent

Personally I feel the rest of the world is absolutely killing Australia in the race to transition to renewables
