Zero chance. There's no way the Chinese are going to wake up one day to find they are funding a $240M investment that all of a sudden is owned by Rio or Glencore. And if the Chinese want it, they'd be buying it out now while cheap. Pretty sure there would be ownership contingencies built into the partnerships.
