    latest I've read is "issue of mining licence expectedin Q4 2021" from the DRC-Africa Business Forum Presentation on 24/11/2021, and apparently we haven't seen anything in Dec 2021 despite the surprising CR.

    so it will be nicer if you could just share the information if you happen to be so informative to know it.
