Indeed. And most of their business is cornering as much of the real estate market in the USA, which is already unaffordable for most people. They are a lot like Paul Singer in that they don't really care the harm they cause people, just that they make money doing it.

I'm sure that doesn't really apply to us, I just don't like that it was THEM particularly. I suppose it's still a good sign for AVZ. They certainly won't be invested out of any kind of altruism.
