IMO, likely decline into the low 80s with the impending performance shares being issued and no update regarding ML since Nige's interview comments. Still waiting to open the bottle of champagne from Xmas.

I understand DRC Gov have a lot on their agendas. However, I believe they should be able to prioritise ML assessment given how essential it is to their economic reform etc. The longer they delay it also delay their reform.
