Yes, it should not be at 60/40, that's why I think 60/40 is conservative in my post. However, perhaps 90/10 is too high as I think the SP should be above $1 now if this is the case.

Also by saying 40% chance of the ML not being approved, I don't mean outright rejection rather some hurdles from the DRC gov that causes uncertainty around ML and the SP to go south.

Also agree that any dipping in SP is a chance to accumulate more as I have been doing during the last 2 months.
