I don't think it is that bad as you mentioned.
I agreed it is not easy to develop a mine from scratch there due to lack of skilled workers and plant/ equipment and credible contractors / sub contractors.
The main problem with AVZ is the Directors has been issued heaps, and heaps of free shares well before construction start, if the development turn to custard, they will just cash out prior to the shxt hits the fan leaving shareholders holding the baby.
Just wondering whether all the numbers / assumptions in DFS are independently verified, if it is a "paid" report, is not worth the paper it is written on.
