Most western translated articles from the original release read something like this:

Is something lost in translation making these articles incorrect? Perhaps, I don't know.
Someone claimed to have spoken with management regarding this matter which allayed their concerns. To me they haven't always proven to be reliable with their assertions in the past.
Personally I'm seeing this as a potential for delays.

Exactly what I meant but lots of people on here are paranoid about downrampers and cannot read or comprehend. Just because it’s an application doesn’t mean it will be on top of the pile. More like current licences will be checked audited first and then new applications reviewed.
Rely on company announcements and not someone ringing someone for info.
