Totally agree with you Don. This has been delayed so much already, it isn't like its only a few weeks off the projected finish, it was talked wbout being almost done (reviewed environmatally and other parts) close to the battery forum. One would think that if the President of the 15 person commitee was sick, a vice deputy or interim president could make decisions in their absence. now it's the new year and everyone is back at the office. Felix has been travelling the world gaining overseas investment, where is the "expedited" part that we have heard many times. It's overdue to show the world what the new DRC is capable of.
