In not so sure nate , I think they are shrewd enough in the DRC , a lot of these folks in office would be highly educated . Maybe this is too big for them though ? It's a lot of moving parts that all have to tie in together .
Mine build, battery plant , hydroxide plants, roads rail , infrastructure etc etc ,
But on that note I've been led to believe that from day 1 AVZ have done everything by the book , they have a very good relationship with the DRC government and also the locals in and around Manono so there should not be any issue with AVZs application , all we are waiting on is the final technical review as all other boxes have been ticked .
I have my own theories as to why we might delayed but I won't open that box just yet
