WTF....people loosing belief and confidence in the DRC ability to join the world market due to dragging things out.
Do they understand that dragging their feet is not the way to lure investors especially in Battery Manufacturing.
I for one am running thin on confidence that the Felix Gvt is up to it.
Plenty of words but very little action to show that they are up to it.
