I am of the view that the Chinese will eventually find a way to grab it all, regardless of FIRB rulings or the rule of law. Despite Felix Tshisekedi's mutterings about a new DRC, the DRC remains (and probably always will be) one of the most impoverished and corrupt nations. The Manono resource is far too big and important to China's national prestige and supply security to let it slip.
