Time for Nigel to come out to make some explanation or an announcement. What hold up all these pending issues? Some of them may depend on the government (ML and SEZ), but others are not. Do not think it's wise still trying to hold the cards to the chest, as discussed before for the assumed benefits in the negotiation for SEZ.
