    If only grease money works to reduce red tape and smooth the bureaucratic process, AVZ should ask our Chinese friends such as Huayou or CATL to help. Given them favors. I think our Chinese big boys are happy to do and know what mechanisms can work best in Africa. It is a “win-win-win” situation.
