How high do you expect the share price to go without a mining...

How high do you expect the share price to go without a mining license ?? Do you not think it was overextended in the 90s ?? The delays are making some quite nervous and also add in some healthy profit taking . Thats the reason for the pullback . Its not a tree shake , its not cappers , its not the big boys dumping to pick up cheap shares , it quite simply RISK ,, The risk is still very high until the license is granted , the stock had run hard and was over bought in my opinion .
On the bright side , once the license is granted this will make a B line for a dollar in a very swift fashion , thats when i expect to see some serious volume form the Yanks , they will be all over this and no doubt Cantor will have some write ups as well at the ready .
