    SP is governed by supply and demand. It does not always reflect fair value. More supply equals lower price. My take is there are now many Shareholders that have past 12 months ownership and are cashing in for tax purposes. If correct, once the shedding is complete and new owners take up residence at a higher buy in the share price can continue its march forward as supply is deminished.
