In that case, we might be stuck in limbo for quite some time.
For all their talk, the DRC government don’t really seem to be that fussed about delays.
Considering the vast majority of our BOD are living up in WA and not on the ground trying to get things done (Serge is the only exception), then you could probably forgive the DRC government for their thinking.
