Thanks Xerof, and while we are commenting on the accuracy of Mining's message - by my understanding there is no rule in the mining code saying the government can only own 10% as stated. Just that they have to have retained 10% as exploration transitions into exploitation, giving us an opportunity to negotiate to buy the other 15% if we can. If you look at other mining operations however you can see the government owning more than 10% - just look at Ivanhoe for example (where DRC retain 20%)

not a big point perhaps, but less slanting. I'm quietly confident we will bag the extra 15% - but it shouldn't always be judged as a done deal already and factored into any of our calculations (especially as we don't know what terms we may secure, if it does come together).
