Well I don't think there is any reason why the US cannot look to establish a battery plant in the DRC and source lithium from AVZ. As we have only really sold 4.5mtpa based of previous study, and looking for futher 10mtpa why dont they go this route? Seems a bit stiff to start jumping up and down about our offtakes cause they missed the boat. As some have suggested AVZ could well increase production above 10mtpa, so there is plenty of resource to go around. To futher add i doubt the chinese would be seriously considering a battery plant in drc when they have already spent a great deal on their plants already.
