Lay off the space cakes buddy, i get that nations want to level the playing field with regards battery minerals. The fact is the Chinese have realized how much is going to be needed and are actively positioning themselces while Europe and the us are still waking up. Wether people like it or not the chinese just have a way of getting it done and supplying the worlds needs. I'm not saying that's right ir wr9ng but they are a powerhouse nonetheless and are crucial in the transition.
