Understood. However I think Felix is a money talks and bullshit walks kinda guy IMO and I very much doubt he would buy into an extracted geopolitical game of resource snakes and ladders in the DRC. Felix needs to get things done now, particularly before the next election, there's no time for him to play games.
There is room in the DRC for all players in this space and not just for the mining of AVZ's resource, there's plenty of down streaming required right through to finished product. There will be plenty of groups from different jurisdictions wanting to make a play in all these other areas.
The awarding of the ML to AVZ as majority owner of the resource is well advanced and will not change now.
Only potential option for change of ownership is the TO of AVZ in coming weeks or months, should a third party want Manono that badly
