how do you think FT will fund his country's social and infrastructure programs, of course its about the $ and the higher the price the more the DRC cut of the pie is. the larger the project the more infrastructure that will need to be built wrt training and education, not only the steel and concrete. stick to your pre-conceived notions that FT and the peoples of the DRC need the good ol US of A to make things happen .... if your US mates are smart they'll be soaking up the shares on offer at these ridiculous levels to build a stake in the behemoth that is AVZ, quite simple really, just pay market price, no need for fantasy story lines about the evil Chinese bogey men and women.
