It must be something like that or it's just the default status in the software for state owned plots, can't imagine they're giving away licenses on new tenements without requiring any sort of environmental or technical approvals.

The more operations in the area the better the transport infrastructure is going to need to be and if Manono is to become a battery materials hub with a sez in place it bodes well for us.
