Understandable that you could think that Panther but let me assure you Felix is a smart guy and would appreciate the ramifications of not progressing this deal.The fallout from something underhanded at this late stage would scare off a plethora of investment in DRC, do more harm than good and not augur well for him next election. I like many others have been sitting here for over 4 years, nearly there....
