These first three lines in your commentary tell me you really don't understand what's going on

No one is saying the ML is conditional on a battery plant
FT is not extorting AVZ and demanding a battery plant in exchange for a mining licence
And the last line saying that corrupt favor and kidnapping in Africa is "common" is just purile
