No one is saying the ML is conditional on a battery plant

Given FTs many prouncements on value-adding their resources, and AVZs inclusion in the Battery Council, it stands to reason that we will be supplying lithium to a battery plant. Securing supply will need to be formalised in a ML, surely, especially in light of existing offtakes.

Conditional, prerequisite, call it what you like. It's plausible IMO that this is an issue in wrapping up the ML.
