With High Grade Plant Feed im thinking we will be selling SC6+ ...... around SC6.3 to SC6.5 ... commanding a healthy premium price.

Great they are making a start to early works whilst awaiting final ML sign Off. You dont commit that level of expenditure without being certain from your interactions with the Govt that the sign off is indeed nearly putting ink on the paper.
