Call me crazy but weren't they talking about battery precursors at the DRC business forum? Sh*t ton of infrastructure, technological and processing capability required before you can even think about building the actual batteries.First step, give somebody a licence and eventually reach the capability to process some sc6 in the middle if bum crack nowhere. Battery factory a long ways off imo.
