    Disagree completely with this understanding - they clearly stated "in the second half of the 21/22 financial year". Note "financial year", not "calendar year" i.e. between Jan-Jun '22.

    I understand this to mean that works are commencing now and will be undertaken depending on priority with the objective of meeting the committed development schedule, whilst they await the almost certain delivery of the ML.
