    Well mate you had best give your mate the nige a bell and let him know. THE MINING LICENCE IS NOT LATE. Because the nige on to many times to count has said : end of the first half , in the 3rd quarter, drc helping to expedite, After 30 days the court issues it, imminent, couple of weeks, put the champagne on ice for a great Christmas, early in the first quarter, and a couple of days ago a couple of weeks.
