The TAW people got screwed IMO, their merger price for shares is 0.37, down from the 0.455 that they are currently trading from.

As for AVZ, this will get developed eventually, owning the largest mine gives you control to dictate market pricing. The competition will always talk negatively about this project, why...because it threatens their own company, and they stand to lose investment money and market share. The whole point is to demonstrate why investors should invest in your company, and not in others.
