I have worked for a few companies and invested in a few and it is highly unusual for a CEO to publish his itinerary, especially when a company is getting close to a delicate stage.

Just go through ASX company announcements and try to find where a CEO announced his travel plans.

So, if Nigel has gone to the DRC, because WA rules have changed, great.
I would say he has been jumping up and down and looking for an opportunity to go there for some time.
Do I expect Nigel to announce that? No.

When AVZ is in a position to make the announcement that the missing bits of the required licenses have been granted, Nigel will give the OK to make the ASX announcements.

And while that is in progress, I trade a bit, go to the beach a bit etc, etc.
