Once CATH $240 mill drops which was stared as in March the DRC will then approve the ML as funding secured. Thats why CATH dropped the requirement for the ML first as it was a chicken and egg scenario.

New to this stock but this seems fairly obvious to me and AVZ would not be ramping up infrastructure build also if the ML was not close.

I also feel this is a 50c boost minimum and May even jump us to $2 in the next 1-2 months after ML granted. Many investors and large instos would not be investing until they see this. Mid 2023 (15 months away) when we ship first ore we could be nearer $4-$5.
