I think once the CATH deal is formally signed the ML will drop somewhere in the 30 days proceeding it may have been one of the outstanding requirements for the DRC gov hence the meeting between CATH and the gov they gave CATH the heads up otherwise they would be taking AVZ’s word that it was required.
As everyone knows the DRC gov just implemented mining licence audits they want more transparency
