    I have asked this before, but are we certain that ML application has moved from 4.5 to 10 mpta? I have seen no evidence of this and don't understand why it wouldn't be announced officially. Some of us here on the forum are taking it as a given and if true would be a perfectly reasonable....... reason for the delay. I am ready and willing to be proven wrong.
