I don’t doubt that the mining license is very close but imo todays price action is more likely related to Today being the rebalance date for AVZ to enter the ASX 300,200 and FTSE all cap index. Correct me if I’m wrong but these index’s have weeks to purchase their vol of shares since it was announced. What you’re likely seeing today is the remainder of the shares to be bought + traders. There will be huge vol in todays closing auction as they sell to the index’s. After today price action will change. Fingers and toes crossed for ML any day now
