Further endorsement of CATL/ CATH for the need of a 10MTPA start up plant in DRC.
Still no ASX announcement that was due end of Dec 21 on study into a 10mtpa .
Though Cantor presentation states stage 1 now to begin at 10mtpa.
A difficult situation as the value of the extra 15% from DRC has certainly gone up.
