Why do people think it takes so long to have the CATH transfer of funds happen?

contracts wise if they waived it, it's probably a review to remove the ML component and any associated wording attached. (ie word search and review) - 2 days would be generous time allocation.

board approval probably a week seeing as the document had already been reviewed when put forward and that discussions had already occurred to agree to have ML waived. Should really be tick and flick.

cash - surely they have the money available at hand in the bank.

I'm expecting it to happen this week.
