That is exactly why I think it is wise to at least consider other options as opposed to selling millions of shares now. People want to live their lives and have access to funds/retire while they are young etc. It may be wise to take a long term view on this one.

What will the AVZ share price be in 2030? What will it be in 2040? Will it be lower than where it is now?

Those selling millions of shares now may look back and cry in a decade or two.
