That's it, and compare the potential income in divvies each year down the track which combined if held long enough could be as much as they want to take in profit now, and they get to keep their asset( their hundreds of thou's $'s or mill's of $'s in shares)...There's probably a good line down the middle to contemplate as time goes on I think....offload a few in a couple of years for some play money but keep a fair few in the kitty
