Absolutely - don't pay off the mortgage completely, because if you have a redraw facility that's the cheapest finance you will ever get compared to margin loan interest rates, personal loans, or credit cards. An almost paid off mortgage is a wonderful tool to have available while interest rates are historically low as they are at the moment. Even as interest rates rise, your mortgage rate will be several percentage points below any other financing options.
