Shareholders should not worry about these minutes, as don’t need anything from the ministers currently other than the collaboration agreement. The positive DFS is from a seperate committee which is not the same as the ministers group and the ML is signed off by the Mining minister.

I suspect once we have positive DFS and there giving us the 4 x pieces required for the ML then we will get the collaboration agreement which will discuss SEZ and Hydro, etc.
