A project spend of US 1 billion will meet criteria to receive tax concessions for 20 plus years from the DRC.
2 presentation reports on AVZ website both state a move to a 10 mtpa start up.
Cantor report estimates $US 850 million for 10 MTPA start up which CATH have to contribute 24% towards the 10 mtpa start up.
Main point is AVZ will not have any issues obtaining further funding considering the locked in deal with CATH and Africa Developement Fund.
The tax concessions over 20 years Mr Pei and AVZ Management well done.
