    $900t would have been when they needed funds for NAL and Authier.... If they didnt get cash for OT and didnt buy NAL or Authier what would SYA SP today? Cheaper than today I would say

    Many OT have been signed in past 6 to 12 months that looks silly today but have to factor in many things.
