    Your saying If I ring Nigel tommorrow and say Id like to buy AVZ at 0.235 and He says no....then I offer 0.24.....then He has to inform the market!

    Yeah...I dont think so...especially when theres no formal offer...

    Say Huayou offered 0.15...
    CATL offers 0.20...
    BNBT offers 0.30...

    If Im the CEO Im not going to entertain those numbers or tell the market These guys were trying to buy AVZ for peanuts.
