What do you mean?? If a government website says AVZ's Mining Licence has been approved, isn't it his responsibility to sort clarification?? It is not a public website or a newspaper or a forum like HotCopper, It is a website maintained by DRC government.

I don't think he is there in DRC just to sit in the office and wait for the Licence to be approved. He is talking to a lot of people and he should be talking to the person who is responsible for this update as well.
