No telling when the Mining License will be released to the market. Any speculation from an obscure adhoc updated website is just that (speculation).
Maybe when NF said he'd like the ML to be a good Christmas present he was on Congo time and referring to Christmas 2022?
The DRC can't say to the world that it's the place to be for global chemical supply and then run on sweet old Congo time. No hurry no worry.........
