I agree that there appears to be a change in the status of the exploitation permit, but i do not believe this is as black and white as it may seem. Happy to be corrected if anyone has a different view as I have not used this DRC portal before.
A quick review of other permits in the region show them marked as "Actif/Active" and shaded in orange to represent "Exploitation permit". Example shown below:



With regard to Dathcom/AVZ the status is not marked as active and not shaded orange to represent "Exploitation permit"




My personal view is that what we are seeing is positive, but is more a peek in to the DRC process. A process that is not yet complete but is underway.
I would not expect an announcement from management just based on this website, unless they have also received correspondence on this. They have stated a number of times that the application is moving along, this website to me is verification of what they have previously announced to be true.
I think minor announcements on the progress of the application would more likely frustrate, than help us. We are painfully close to getting what we have waited for, 4 years for me. I am more confident than ever and cant wait for long term shareholders and management to have their moment in the sun.
